Reservation Policy:
If there are any discrepancies on the E-ticket(s), you must contact our office within 24 hours of receiving your confirmation. If we do not receive written notice of any inconsistencies within 24 hours, we assume that all information received is accurate. After this grace period there may be fees for any changes or amendments.

Can I change my ticket once booked?
Yes.
Subject to availability in the same fare class your reservation can be changed for up to $300 USD* as long as it is before 72 hours prior to that departure.

*If there is more than one ticket number on this itinerary this fee may apply to each ticket number being changed.

Can I cancel my ticket once booked?
Yes. Once your reservation is booked it is non refundable and non transferable. However, as long as it is within one week of the departure you may cancel your flight for a fee of up to $500 USD* only to be used for the same passenger and the same route within one year of it’s original issue date.

What happens if I miss my flight?
You should contact the check in desk at the airport or your agent immediately. If your ticket is still valid there may be a reissuing fee of up to $300 USD*.
