The Colosseum: Once the largest amphitheater of the Empire, where gladiators, criminals and lions alike fought for their lives. The Colosseum is an absolute must for any tour of Rome.

Palatine Hill: Historically known as a place that people went to see and be seen, although more significant events happened nearby as well. Today the Palatine Hill attracts thousands of people every day that want to try and feel what is was all about.

Via Appia Antica: Was once the most prominent artery of Rome, as well as a burial place of choice for many of Rome’s citizens. Today it’s a beautiful place to visit and a must if you’re in Rome.

Good restaurants aren’t hard to find in Rome, however, included in the best experience is the best food. Here are the best restaurants to eat at while in Rome.

As I’ve heard from all my friends that have traveled to Barcelona, “it’s truly an experience like none other”, and it can easily be seen on their faces when they returned. So after a lot of research reading and exploring the web, I’m ready to plan my trip. I got some very good ideas for my trip from an article on US news, and you should definitely take these ideas into consideration. You’ll be able to cover a lot and really enjoy your stay. Here’s what I found. “Barcelona contains both the authentically historic and the wildly bizarre. From the tree-lined Las Ramblas to the narrow alleys of Barri Gòtic; from the beach side nightclubs to the city’s dozens of sacred churches and cathedrals, this city by the sea seems to attract all types: the family, the adventurer, the couple, the backpacker, the culture lover — and more — with an almost overwhelming variety of things to do. You could stay for a few days, but chances are you’ll need a whole week to explore.

Paris; When visiting Paris, there are so many ‘musts’ that you can be there for a lifetime. So I’d suggest starting with the most popular and amazing sites.

The Eiffel Tower: to commemorate the centenary of the French Revolution, Gustave Eiffel built the Eiffel Tower in 1889 for France. The tower is about 1,063 feet tall and a sight you’ll never forget.

Louvre: The Louvre is the most famous museum in the world located in the heart of Paris. It’s a fascinating building with many historical ancient artifacts and can change the history we’ve all learnt about into a reality.

Cruise on the Seine: One of the most beautiful things about Paris is the peaceful streaming water the flows peacefully through the heart of the city. If you want to see Paris in its’ beauty, take a Cruise on the Seine.
